Job Description
EastPoint Solutions is searching for experiences & detail-orientated candidates to join our Solutions Delivery Team as Microsoft Dynamics developers.

The successful candidate will engage directly with our Solutions development and delivery teams, our technology partners/vendors and most importantly our clients and their respective teams to ensure the successful design, development, and delivery of technology-based business solutions.

A strong Microsoft background is a necessity with proven experience in enterprise class project implementations and a clear aptitude and desire to learn while implementing the latest technological advancements and solutions.
It is important to be able to adhere and contribute to the software development and release management lifecycles while ensuring that project deliverables comply with our strong emphasis on quality standards, commercials and time.

Finally, superior attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills are of utmost importance in a fast paced and dynamic growing environment.

Dynamics Developer Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Liaising with internal/external stakeholders such as Clients along with your colleagues in the EastPoint Solutions management team, Sales/Presales, project personnel, partners/vendors regarding project requirements. 
  • Maintaining a strong working knowledge and contribution to the identified platforms EastPoint Solutions hold within their portfolio and those we choose to add over time.
  • Strong understanding & knowledge of Roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics and associated family of Microsoft platforms and products such as Azure, SharePoint, IOT and AI Machine learning environments. 
  • Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and best practice standards. Demonstrated ability to write specifications for and work with offshore development teams. 
  • Assist in coding product features and validating end-to-end execution and performance of business processes to satisfy client business needs 
  • Be responsible for the technical implementation of the future changes to the system for functional domains 
  • Provide third level application services support to internal business users 
  • Improving system efficiency by consulting with end-users and providing innovative solutions while analysing and improving the performance of web-based portals as well as ensuring system security and encryption. 
  • Documenting processes and monitoring system performance metrics. 
  • Coordinating functional specification creation with various client & internal department heads for system enhancements 
  • Performing diagnostic tests and troubleshooting. 

Requirements

  • Experienced candidates must have at least 5 years+ of hands-on experience working on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and associated platforms and projects 
  • Expertise in multiple industry verticals
  • Candidate must be a strong developer with disciplined software development skills and methods 
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field.  
  • Microsoft Certifications an advantage 
  • Outstanding organisational, decision-making and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong people skills is a must have – internal and external. 
  • Thorough knowledge of software development life cycle. 
  • Strong understanding of on-premise and cloud-based enterprise solutions, data, system integration. 
  • Strong understanding in Microsoft 365, Azure and associated family platforms and solutions.
